About the Pomodoro Technique
The Pomodoro Technique was developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The idea is simple: work with full focus for 25 minutes (one pomodoro), then take a 5-minute break. After 4 pomodoros, take a longer break of 15–30 minutes. The technique helps reduce mental fatigue, maintain concentration and manage distractions. It works because it makes large tasks feel manageable by breaking them into short, timed bursts.
